11–20 May 2026, Klang – Orion Maritime Academy successfully conducted the Radar Navigation & Radar Plotting – STCW Course, providing maritime professionals with essential knowledge and practical skills for safe and effective navigation at sea.

The programme combined theoretical learning with hands-on simulator training, allowing participants to practise radar plotting, target tracking, data interpretation and decision-making in realistic navigational scenarios. The course also strengthened participants’ understanding of radar principles, collision avoidance and operations under restricted visibility.
